Richmond offer professional but pragmatic development advice and support to help organisations understand what they need to do and how to get it done. 

Following an initial discussion to find out what are the key challenges or issues for an organisation a programme of work will be drawn up and agreed with the client.  

Development and advice support programmes may range from a single session for the board of trustees to a year long programme of work which may include a feasibilty study into creating a new programme of services in consultation with users and commissioners.

Richmond's work includes understanding the business environment which organisations work in and to create a portfolio of income sources which may include fund raising, grant applications as well as tendering for contracts and engaging with commissioning.
